Here is the week in a nutshell:
Monday 11/1: Crew View - 3:00 PM All crew watch the rehearsal so you can see what the show is about and how it all goes. Take notes as you need.
Tuesday 11/2: Technical Rehearsal - 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM. NOTE THAT THIS IS A CHANGE IN THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULE. We will tech as much of Act I as possible tonight
Wednesday 11/3: Technical Rehearsal - 3:00 - 6:30. We'll teck Act II and anything we don't get done in Act I.
Thursday 11/4: PPA Buy It For A Song Auction. Check in with me in the Auditorium right after school - we'll move any equipent over that hasn't been moved. Come to the auction anytime after it begins.
Friday 11/5: Run through - 3:00 - 8:00. Plan on a long rehearsal. This will be the rehearsal that we run lights, sound, orchestra, scene changes ... whatever we have. Plan on a long evening.
Saturday 11/6: Set and Prop work - 9:30 until 5:30. The last big effort on the set. Let's get it done!
This is a long, tiring but exciting week. Bring along your best attitude, problem-solving skills, patience and attentiveness. The end reward will be worth it. STAY POSITIVE!!
